Client Portal FAQs

Everything you need to know about managing appointments and telehealth

Clients can access the portal by visiting this link. New clients should select “Create Account” to register by providing the required information. Existing clients may log in using their registered email address and password.

The portal offers convenient appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation. Clients can securely communicate with their therapist, review session history, and participate in telehealth appointments—all within a secure and confidential environment.

After logging in, navigate to the ‘Appointments’ section and select a suitable date and time to book your session.
For telehealth appointments, clients receive a secure video conferencing link via the portal at the scheduled appointment time, allowing for seamless remote therapy sessions.
On the login page, click “Forgot Password?” and enter your registered email address. You will receive instructions to securely reset your password.
