Client Portal FAQs
Our Client Portal is a personalized section of TherapyPortal.com Once scheduled, clients will receive a personal invitation to register for the portal where all paperwork is completed and telehealth sessions are conducted.
New clients can access the portal via the link above or their emailed invitation. Existing clients may log in using their registered email address and self-created password. “Guest” users are welcome when joining in on a family session. The portal offers easy intake paperwork and the ability to participate in telehealth appointments – all within a secure and confidential environment.
Online appointment scheduling is currently only available for our Affordable Counseling Program with our Clinical Interns.
For telehealth appointments, simply log into the portal using your registered email and password. Any sessions that are ready for you to join will appear at the top of your home page. Simply click the “Join Session” button. Once you indicate that you’re ready for your session, your clinician will get notification and can accept you out of the waiting room when they’re ready. Any device with a camera, microphone, compatible web browser and Internet access is suitable for a telehealth session. If you’re using a mobile phone, connect to Wi-Fi instead of using cellular data, if possible.

Be sure that you’re using an up-to-date web browser such as the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari or Mozilla Firefox, and make sure that you’re connected to a strong, secured Wi-Fi signal.
Tip: You can check the speed and performance of your Internet connection using FAST.com. For the best quality audio and video, your download and upload rates should be 1.5 Mbps or higher.
